Hi, I’m Charmaine.
I’m a multimedia journalist, writer and content marketer, currently based in London.
Having worked in the arts, digital marketing and journalism, a lot of my work revolve around stories behind local communities, pop culture, business and creative industries.
I’ve completed an MA in Journalism at Goldsmiths, University of London and am constantly looking out for human stories. Some of my work has been published in The Guardian, Time Out, Monocle, SKiN, Eastlondonlines, RIUH and Women Wandering Beyond.
When I’m not scouring the internet for insightful reads, I’m either writing on Briefly Noted, coordinating city walks with Kerja Jalan or trying to maintain my Duolingo streak.
